Bar will obstruct flight potential from U.S., says senior Cuban authority

HAVANA, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) - Cuba's senior Remote Service official said Tuesday that the direct booked flights from the Unified States, which will continue from Wednesday, will just have genuine potential when the U.S. government puts a conclusion to the financial bar against the Caribbean island.

"Planned flights (from) the U.S. will achieve genuine potential just when the travel boycott to Cuba, which is still set up because of the bar, arrives at an end," composed Josefina Vidal, executive general for U.S. issues in Cuba's Outside Service, on her official Twitter account.

U.S. carrier JetBlue will have the pleasure of authoritatively beginning up business flights between the U.S. what's more, Cuba. The organization will open a course between the Fortress Lauderdale worldwide airplane terminal in Florida and the "Abel Santamaria" terminal in Santa Clause Clara, in the focal point of the island, putting a conclusion to more than 50 years of suspension.

Continuing planned flights amongst Cuba and the Assembled States is a standout amongst the most critical advances in the standardization procedure, after the official recharging of two-sided relations in July 2015.

U.S. organizations JetBlue, Silver Aviation routes, American Aircrafts, Outskirts Carriers, Southwest Aircrafts and Sun Nation Carriers were approved in July by the U.S. Bureau of Transport to run a sum of 110 flights a day to Cuba. Out of this number, 90 land in urban areas that are not Havana and 20 flights a day go to the Cuban capital.

Since the defrost in relations amongst Havana and Washington, U.S. President Barack Obama, a Democrat, has received a progression of measures to facilitate the exchange limitations with the island. Be that as it may, the U.S. Congress, of Republican dominant part, stay unwilling to lift the exchange ban forced by the White House in 1962

This strategy, which Cuba sees as the primary obstruction towards the aggregate standardization of reciprocal relations, incorporates banning U.S. residents from venturing out to the Caribbean island for tourism purposes
